Blair Kling has more than 12 years of experience in Commercial Insurance solving risk management issues and servicing clients in the greater Louisiana and Texas region. As a Commercial Insurance Broker at McGriff, she partners with clients to strategically improve margins and provide results-driven solutions to risk management issues. She currently works with companies ranging from Upstream and Mid-Stream Oil and Gas to Construction and Industrial industries developing comprehensive insurance programs that help clients protect employees, company assets, cash flows and bottom lines. Prior to joining McGriff, Ms. Kling spent over four years at Hub International as a marketing executive, where she forged strong relationships with the prominent carriers in industry including Lloyds of London. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Ms. Kling attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she studied Finance. Since then, she has earned the distinctive designation Certified Insurance Counselor, and is an active member of the Young Professionals of LAGCOE. She is ingrained in the community through her service in several local organizations such as the Junior League of Lafayette and through her involvement in several local youth sports associations. As lead broker, Ms. Kling values strong client relationships and will give strategic guidance and leadership during the problem solving and program design phases. Blair is supported by a team of 15 full-time service staff in Lafayette, Louisiana.
