About Boomer

I am the Broker/Owner of Baseline Mortgage in Youngsville, LA. I love building relationships with my clients and making customer service my priority. I always strive to exceed clients’ expectations while making what is usually a daunting process, easy, comforting, and stress-free. Baseline Mortgage was established in March 2023 based on these core values and armed with years of experience and expertise. I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where I played baseball and selected 2009 Sunbelt Conference Newcomer of the Year. Prior to ULM, I played at LSU-Eunice, winning two National Championships. I am a native of New Iberia and currently call Youngsville home. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, Reagan (9) and Addison (7). My full name is John Michael Blanchard but have gone by the nickname “Boomer” since birth, courtesy of my older brother after Boomer Esiason.
